RESTAURANT MANAGER/WINE DIRECTOR - Seeking experienced, personable, guest oriented candidate with strong communication skills, self confidence and exemplary food and beverage knowledge.  Duties to include: ensuring adherence of service standards, service staff training and scheduling,  daily income balancing and event promotions.  To oversee our 700+ bottle wine list the position requires one to be well versed on European and California wines. 

Salary to be negotiated

RESERVATIONS MANAGER - handles all incoming room reservations and related service requests for the Estate graciously and professionally.  Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a pleasant speaking voice.  Must be organized, with strong multi-tasking abilities.  Will be required to work weekends and/or holidays.  Previous front desk/reservation experience required.  Compensation will be based on qualifications.
