    Our reservationists will gladly assist you with questions and making your appointments. If you would like to take advantage of our Spa Consultation Program, please contact our Spa.  They will be happy to explain treatments, make suggestions, and assist you with setting up a spa program tailored to your needs.

     Spa du Sureau’s environment provides a calm retreat to relax and renew. We have taken utmost care in creating a fabulous experience.  An imaginative and innovative menu offers pampering from head to toe with a wide selection of facials, body treatments, massages, dry sauna, hydrotherapy and the latest in aromatherapy and color therapy.  We also present truly beneficial, specifically tailored treatments for our gentlemen guests.  The Salon d'Sureau with it’s stunning setting accommodates couples for a private retreat.

Reservations:

    We strongly suggest making your reservations in advance.  Kindly call Spa du Sureau 559-683-6193 .  We do request that you arrive and check in at the Spa at least half an hour before your scheduled time.  This will allow you to comfortably slip on your oversized robe and enjoy the premises.  Please know that we require showering prior to the appointment.

     Your personal needs are very important to us, thus please inform your therapist if you have any medical conditions or product sensitivity.  (To maintain the tranquility and calm of the Spa and as a courtesy to other guests) cellular phones and pagers cannot be permitted within the facility.

Cancellations:

     We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy.  Please, if at all possible keep your appointment time.  If you must change, kindly provide us with a minimum of 4 hours notice so we may reschedule.  For Spa Packages (2 or more services) we must require 24 hour notice.  As all services are guaranteed and specifically reserved for you, full payment is required for:

     - Less than 4 hour cancellations or rescheduling of your appointments

     - No show or missed appointments

Late arrival:

Kindly be advised that arriving late for your scheduled service will inconvenience other guests, thus may require the therapist to shorten the time of your treatment, with full charges being applied.  We regret it is not possible that late arrivals receive an extension of scheduled appointments.

Spa hours of operation:

     If you would like to join us, please know we are open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.- subject to change at holiday times or during the winter months.
